Received a damaged product? Take a picture of the damaged item and send it to so we can send you a replacement right away. Similary, if you received the wrong product, let us know and we’ll make arrangements to get you exactly what you wanted!

  • Where do you deliver?

    For now, we are only delivering to Singapore and the Greater Klang area in Malaysia. Delivery to anywhere in Singapore is a flat $6, which is waived for orders over $80. Cost of delivery to Malaysia varies, according to weight.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Unfortunately, your shipping address is closely linked to your membership and can only be changed when your membership is renewed. We do understand, however, that there are unique circumstances like moving to a new home (congrats!) — in which case, contact us and our customer service team will do their utmost to accommodate your request.

  • What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

    If nobody was home to receive your order, we’ll make arrangements for a second attempt at delivery at no extra charge!

  • How long does delivery take?

    We aim to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible.
